As a rule, we process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. Processing generally takes place only with the users’ consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When the website is accessed, the server automatically collects information (server log files) transmitted by your browser: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and the IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources and serves the technical provision and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
4. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
5. Cookies and consent management (Complianz)
Our website uses cookies. On your first visit you will be shown a consent banner (consent management provided via the “Complianz” plugin), through which you can accept or reject the use of non-essential cookies. Technically necessary cookies (e.g. to store your cookie choice) are set on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). All other cookies and services are only loaded after your express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the “Settings” link at the bottom of the website.
6. Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Via the Tag Manager – exclusively after your consent in the cookie banner – analytics and marketing services are integrated, in particular Google Analytics and Google Ads. These services process usage data (including a shortened IP address, device and browser information, pages visited) in order to evaluate the use of the website and measure the success of advertising campaigns. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA in the process; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. 7. Adobe Fonts (Typekit)
To display fonts consistently, this website uses Adobe Fonts, a service of Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited. When you open a page, your browser loads the required fonts from Adobe’s servers. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). According to Adobe, it does not collect any personal analytics data through this font integration.
8. Google Maps
This website may embed map material from the Google Maps service (Google Ireland Limited) in order to show you our location. The map is only embedded after your consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). In the process, your IP address may be transmitted to Google.
9. Google reviews (Trustindex)
On our home page we show reviews that guests have left on our Google Business Profile. For this we use the WordPress plugin “Widgets for Google Reviews” by Trustindex Ltd. (Lechner Ödön fasor 3, 1095 Budapest, Hungary). The review texts are stored on our server; however, when the page is opened, your browser loads program code and graphics (stars, Google logo) from servers of Trustindex Ltd. (cdn.trustindex.io). In the process, your IP address is transmitted to Trustindex. The widget does not set cookies; it only stores temporary display data in your browser’s session storage, which is deleted when the window is closed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in presenting genuine guest opinions attractively (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Further information: Trustindex privacy policy.
10. Online booking / external shop
Courses are booked via an external booking shop (skischool.shop, operated by Waldhart Software GmbH). The respective provider is independently responsible for the data processing carried out there; its privacy policy applies. We recommend that you read it before making a booking.
11. Social media links
On our website you will find links to our profiles on Facebook and Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). These are simple links; data is only transmitted to the networks when you click the respective link and open the platform. The privacy policy of the respective provider applies to the processing there.
12. Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or – for contract-related enquiries – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
13. Your rights as a data subject
You have the following rights against us with regard to your personal data: right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
